Korean BBQ (Spicy)🌶️

All customer orders will be packed as best we can.

The following is our standard packing : 

All regular orders are packed using BUBBLE WRAP (not regular plastic bags)
Multiple orders will be packed using BUBBLE WRAP + POLYMAILER or CARDBOARD only
Each product with a glass bottle, will be bubble wrapped per item before being put into a cardboard box.
Every Liquid Cream product will be bubble wrapped
All packages will have "FRAGILE FOOD / URGENT FOOD" sticker so that the courier will handle the package properly and be able to send it immediately.
Specifically for GOSEND or GRAB EXPRESS orders, in general they will use Plastic Bags and tie them with Cable Ties, and be labeled "FROZEN FOOD" for orders that must be put in the fridge or freezer immediately
If customers feel they want to be safer, they can buy Extra Packing on HANSIK's shop display.

All of these packaging methods have been adjusted to Standard Packing by the Courier. For this reason, if there is still damage to the package, it means that it was caused by the courier's negligence.

Complaints Policy

✅ We ONLY accept complaints that are related shop errors (Packaging errors, batch QC errors). Please note that we ONLY accept complaints on the same day of product arrival (max. 24hrs after products arrived)
✅ Customer complaints with a picture of INCOMPLETE/SPOILED products attached, will receive 100% refund or a brand new delivery of missing/spoiled products.
❌ We DO NOT accept complaints regarding expedition errors such as (Broken packaging, spoiled products due to delay in delivery)
❌ We do not accept complaints with a following of 1/2/3 star review
❌ An unboxing video that is still neatly and completely attached to the delivery receipt when the item is received is required.

All orders prepared by HANSIK have been checked as well as possible, the type and quantity of products according to the customer's order. And we will attach a photo proof of packaging before delivery via Tokopedia chat as.

If there is damage of the products caused by the expedition or the courier, we are NOT obliged to replace them directly or send replacement items. However, customers can submit complaints via Tokopedia to be followed up by Tokpedia to the courier (later the replacement by the courier will be done via Tokped)

Our shop will be OFF on every HOLIDAYS & NATIONAL HOLIDAYS
All orders that have been received before the holiday (both gosend/grab express instant/sameday and regular couriers) will be processed after the store reopens.
